Standard options are a generic ‘atheltic’ font for the names and numbers which is only available in black or white. We also offer Premium options which are matched as close to the players jerseys as possible in regard to colours and fonts.
While we hold some stock we do not hold all stock that is shown on our site. We use a network of suppliers and manufacturers to supply the jerseys in our catalogue. This is what contributes to the 2-4 week turn arounds.At the end of the season where the new jerseys are released we will supply the newest jersey we can. As an example if you buy an NRL jersey from this season in December when the next season stock is starting to come out we will supply the new jerseys where we can.
Yes, we offer licenced NRL, AFL, Rugby Union, Cricket and Soccer/Football Jerseys. Occasionally we also offer a series of unlincenced jerseys which are generic for countries, states or events. These items are clearly marked as unlicensed garments.

You can use the traditional alphabet of A-Z for names and digits 0-9 for numbers. We can also provide the following characters . , ‘ – in names only.
We do not accept emojis or other characters outside of those listed.
Any order that has had those characters added are removed from final production.
Names are limited to 12 characters and numbers are limited to 2 characters unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We only offer uppercase letters. All orders will be produced with uppercase lettering.
From time to time we can offer a RUSH service. This is dependent on stock availability and work load at the time.
A RUSH Service costs an additional $20 and sees your order jump the que to be prepared and then sent express post.
This service is only avaiable on a successful request with our Customer Servie Team.
Because we personalise jerseys we cannot accept returns unless they are faulty or we have made a mistake. Please see our full Reurns Policy here

We also have a phone line 0412556775 but please be aware that we are only able to take your call between 10am and 3pm on Australian business days – otherwise the call will be redirected to our message service.
We contact all customers via email so all parties have a clear communication as to what is going on.
We are based on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. We do not have a shop front so as much as we’d love you to drop in and have a look around you can’t.
The Estimated Shipping Date on each product refers to a date range in which we expect to be able to complete the order and send it. It does not reference delivery dates as we have no control over the postal or courier system.
We do not offer express post options at the checkout as this does not speed up the time it takes to prepare the jersey. Orders take 7-21 days (unless otherwise stated) to be completed and then sent.

Order confirmations are automaticaly sent out as soon as you successfully place your order. Please check your Spam and Junk folders as on occasions they can get caught in there.
